Booking:

• 50% advance to confirm
• 50% before event/soundcheck

Services Include:

Event planning, artist bookings, crew, production, execution

Client Duties:

• Provide complete event info
• Handle venue permissions unless discussed

Cancellations:

• Client cancels = advance non-refundable
• EC cancels = full refund
• Force majeure = credit for rescheduling within 6 months

Use of Event Media:

Photos/videos may be used for marketing unless opted out
